The Bill (Reg. No.2329) aims at further enhancement of governmental regulation in the field of institution of administrative proceedings against the violators of financial discipline, enhancement of legislation in the field of banking activity, administration of public and municipal property and management of State property objects.
Thus, pursuant to the Bill, "administrative penalty for violation of legislation on financial matters, budget legislation, and laws on purchase of goods, works and services at the expense of State funds can be imposed not later than two months since the violation was detected, but not later than one year since the date the violation was committed".
